Maintenance Team Lead

4. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs.
5. Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and order replacement parts as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Ensure that team members adhere to safety guidelines and work in accordance with safety standards.
8. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and promote long-term equipment reliability.
9. Develop and manage a team of qualified technicians.
10. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address areas of improvement.
