
Maintenance Planner
Mondelez International is looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Planner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective maintenance plans and strategies in order to ensure the efficient operation of the facility and all associated equipment. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent experience• 5+ years of maintenance planning experience in a manufacturing environment• Working knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance programs• Strong organizational and project management skills• Proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Office and asset management software• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you are a self-starter, passionate about maintenance planning, and have the qualifications outlined above, then we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance plans and strategies for the facility and associated equipment. • Utilize predictive and preventive maintenance programs to optimize operation and reduce downtime. • Ensure that all maintenance plans and strategies comply with applicable laws and regulations. • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas of improvement. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Establish and maintain effective communication with other departments and personnel. • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems. • Create and implement safety protocols and measures for the facility. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the facility and equipment. • Prepare and submit reports and documentation of maintenance activities. • Train and mentor other staff members on maintenance procedures and protocols.
