
Maintenance Planner
Mondelez International is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our Facilities team. The ideal candidate should have a knack for problem solving and great organizational skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple projects. As the Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance, monitoring work orders, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and operated. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering or a related field, plus at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should also be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures is essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Schedule preventative maintenance for all equipment in the facility.
- Monitor the progress of work orders and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operated according to safety regulations and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary supplies and parts are available.
- Troubleshoot any potential maintenance problems and devise appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update inventory records and documentation of all maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving the overall efficiency of the maintenance process.
- Provide technical advice and support to staff and other departments.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance costs and adjust accordingly.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
