Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule preventative maintenance for all equipment in the facility.
2. Monitor the progress of work orders and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

4. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary supplies and parts are available.
5. Troubleshoot any potential maintenance problems and devise appropriate solutions.
6. Maintain and update inventory records and documentation of all maintenance activities.
7. Develop and implement strategies for improving the overall efficiency of the maintenance process.
8. Provide technical advice and support to staff and other departments.
9. Monitor and analyze maintenance costs and adjust accordingly.
10. Work closely with other departments to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
