Job Description

Mondelez International is looking for an organized, customer-focused HR Administrator to join our team and help support our Human Resources department. In this position, you will use your exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to help create a positive work environment and maintain HR records. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for HR, excellent customer service skills, and a background in HR administration. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. In addition, you should have at least two years of experience in an HR administrative role, a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and outstanding customer service and communication skills. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
