Job Description

At Mondelez International, we are looking for an experienced, passionate and talented Global Solution Expert - Work Force Management to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is an innovative problem-solver who is eager to contribute to the continued growth of our company.The Global Solution Expert - Work Force Management will be responsible for the development, deployment, and optimization of our Work Force Management solutions. This includes building integrated solutions that meet the business needs of our global Work Force Management team. The successful candidate for this role should have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of Work Force Management processes, software, and best practices.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field- 5+ years of experience in Work Force Management- Experience with enterprise-level Work Force Management solutions- In-depth knowledge of Work Force Management processes and best practices- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environmentIf you are an experienced and motivated professional, who is excited to join our team and take on this challenging role, we would love to hear from you!
