Finance Manager, FP&A Overheads

Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic guidance and financial analysis to the business while helping to drive change and identify areas of improvement.
2. Utilize financial acumen and proven experience in financial planning and analysis to make decisions and work independently.
3. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate and analyze the financial implications of business initiatives.
4. Monitor financial performance, and develop and implement action plans to address areas of improvement.
5. Manage the FP&A Overheads budget, track actuals against plan and analyze variances.
6. Liaise with other departments and divisions to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
7. Oversee the financial planning process and ensure accuracy of financial data.
8. Prepare monthly management reports and other financial analysis as required.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
