Responsibilities:

1. Provide global regulatory guidance to ensure the safety of Mondelez International products and meet sustainability commitments.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure compliance with global food safety and sustainability regulations.
3. Research and analyze global regulatory trends and labeling requirements to ensure compliance.
4. Manage and drive change to achieve sustainability goals.
5. Monitor and report on progress of regulatory projects.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely regulatory submissions and resolution of compliance issues.
7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with current and future regulations.
8. Train and mentor junior team members in regulatory affairs and food science.
9. Participate in professional and industry associations to stay abreast of regulatory developments.
