Mondelez International is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Asset Reliability Manager to join our team. This role will utilize strong leadership and technical skills to ensure the reliability of our assets, while minimizing unplanned downtime and maximizing overall performance. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 5+ years' experience in asset maintenance, and a proven track record in asset reliability management. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
