Warehouse Manager

In the role of Warehouse Manager in Denver, CO you will be a part of the Operations team at CDC. This person has overall responsibility for the safe and efficient daily operations of the warehouse, specifically AM production, PM production, and receiving. Direct management of 3 supervisors and indirect leadership of approximately 70 employees. Main point of contact and liaison between the warehouse and other business units. Manage staffing within the guidelines established, including overtime and temporary employees. Reviews staffing strategy and identifies opportunities for efficiencies, cost savings, and process improvements to ensure optimal warehouse staffing. Partner effectively with key stakeholders across all departments to ensure to efficient receiving, warehousing, and loading for delivery of product. Ensure Vertique system is meeting productivity targets and all components (& surrounding areas) are cleaned and maintained daily. Send daily status report of system performance to key stakeholders. Responsible for managing the assigned budgetary line items of an approximately $6M budget. Utilize data to identify, develop, and implement process changes to improve overall safety and efficiency of warehouse.
