International Tax Manager

Manage the scheduling, preparation, and review of US foreign informational returns (forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8992, and 8990, etc.). Calculate earnings and profits adjustments, global low tax income inclusion, 163(j) interest limitation, foreign tax credits, and foreign derived intangible income benefit. Maintain ownership structure in CorpTax for newly formed/acquired entities and reorganization, upload entity financials into CorpTax, and reconcile financials to consolidated financials. Assist with research and documentation of international issues and positions as needed. Assist with preparation and review of federal and state returns as needed. Work with global tax team to understand all international transactions, formations, reorganizations, etc. to ensure all statements and elections are filed timely with the return. Manage the master entity data for international entities, international filing requirements, and related task in our global tax return workflow portal (GTOP,) and work with federal managers to ensure completeness of data. Work with foreign business units, global finance organization and global tax teams to prepare quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations.
