Supervisor - Clinical Trials Office

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an experienced, professional Supervisor to join the Clinical Trials Office. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage daily operations of the Clinical Trials Office.
2. Ensure the successful recruitment, training and support of staff.
3. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
4. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Analyze and report data related to clinical trial performance and outcomes.
6. Track and monitor the progress of clinical trials from recruitment through completion.
7. Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided by the Clinical Trials Office.
8. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external research partners.
9. Act as a liaison between the Clinical Trials Office and other departments within Moffitt Cancer Center.
10. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff members.
