
Sponsored Research Administrator

You should have a comprehensive understanding of sponsored research policies and procedures and a working knowledge of pre-award and post-award sponsored research administration. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the development and implementation of sponsored research projects.
- Monitor pre-award and post-award sponsored research administration.
- Ensure compliance with sponsored research policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of sponsored research reports and applications.
- Communicate effectively with project personnel and other stakeholders.
- Utilize appropriate software programs to track funded projects.
- Provide guidance and support to project personnel on sponsored research policies and procedures.
- Monitor and update project budgets and expenditures.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of sponsored research applications.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes for managing sponsored research projects.
