
Service Response Center Representative
At Moffitt Cancer Center, our Service Response Center Representatives are the first point of contact for our patients and families. We are looking for a highly organized and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills to join our team and help us provide top-notch service to our community. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping others and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. The Service Response Center Representative must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience in a medical setting and a high school diploma or GED. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and able to remain professional in order to provide the best possible service to our patients and families. Additionally, the Service Response Center Representative must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
