Research Systems Analyst

The Research Systems Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining research systems and databases used to support our cancer research and clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of data analysis, research methods, and the development of research systems. They will be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with research teams is also essential. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain research systems and databases used to support cancer research and clinical trials.
2. Perform data analysis and research to identify trends and develop strategies.
3. Monitor and analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Develop and document processes for database maintenance and data integrity.
5. Create user-friendly interfaces for research systems and databases.
6. Collaborate with research teams to ensure research systems are up-to-date and effective.
7. Provide training to users on the usage of research systems and databases.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to research systems and databases.
9. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the security of research data.
10. Communicate effectively with research teams and other stakeholders.
