Regulatory Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and review regulatory compliance requirements and changes to ensure that the Cancer Center meets the applicable standards.
2. Develop and implement best practices for regulatory compliance across the Cancer Center.
3. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines.
4. Serve as the point of contact for all regulatory compliance inquiries.
5. Analyze data to identify potential risks and develop strategies to address them.
6. Prepare and submit regulatory reports in a timely manner.
7. Develop and deliver training programs for staff members to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
8. Facilitate internal and external audits as needed.
9. Develop and implement corrective action plans when needed.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent adherence to regulations.
