Responsibilities:

1. Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to established standards and protocols.
2. Monitor patients for reactions to treatments and adjust treatments as necessary.
3. Communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal care.
4. Document patient progress and treatments in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
6. Assist in the training of new staff members.
7. Maintain and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment.
8. Participate in continuing education to stay abreast of advances in radiation therapy techniques.
