Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Management Director - Cell Therapy to join our team of winning professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and its processes for the Cell Therapy Program. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study and 5+ years of experience in quality management, clinical research, or healthcare with a thorough understanding of QMS. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) and its processes for the Cell Therapy Program.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of QMS regulations and practices.
  3. Monitor and review existing quality management processes and suggest improvements as needed.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  5. Establish and maintain quality metrics to evaluate the performance of the QMS.
  6. Oversee the documentation and record-keeping process for the Cell Therapy Program.
  7. Train and mentor staff on QMS procedures and best practices.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  9. Report any quality issues and discrepancies to the relevant stakeholders.
  10. Monitor quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback to management.
