Network Architect

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Network Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in developing and managing complex network architecture, a deep understanding of CCNA, and a passion for utilizing the latest technologies to create modern solutions. We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.The Network Architect will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the network architecture of the Moffitt Cancer Center. They will be responsible for ensuring the network is secure, reliable, and has the capability to scale and grow as our organization’s needs change. This role requires an individual who is committed to excellence and has a strong attention to detail. Required Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network architecture and design• Proficiency in CCNA• Experience with network security protocols and tools• Knowledge of network protocols, standards, and technologies• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain the network architecture of the Moffitt Cancer Center.
2. Ensure the security and reliability of the network to scale and grow as needed.
3. Monitor and maintain CCNA standards, protocols, and technologies.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
5. Implement and test security measures and tools.
6. Design and implement network solutions to meet business needs.
7. Provide technical support for network infrastructure.
8. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure optimal network performance.
9. Monitor network performance and detect potential issues.
10. Develop and document network policies and procedures.
