Manager - Protocol Review & Monitoring System

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to join our Protocol Review & Monitoring System (PRMS) team. In this role, you will be a leader in the development and implementation of clinical trial management strategies, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, institutional policies and accreditation standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a commitment to innovation and collaboration, and the ability to build and motivate a team. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trials management or related field • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State regulations, institutional policies and accreditation standards • Excellent oral and written skills • Proven ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities • Strong data analysis, problem solving and decision making skills • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to motivate a team • Proficiency in MS Office and e-mail applications • Ability to travel up to 10% If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for an opportunity to make a difference, we invite you to join our team!
