Lead CT Technologist

At Moffitt Cancer Center, we are looking for a Lead CT Technologist who is passionate about providing the highest quality of care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in diagnostic imaging, including CT scanning, and must be able to work collaboratively with other members of our multidisciplinary team. This individual must possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining established performance standards. We seek an individual who is self-motivated and has a strong commitment to excellence.The Lead CT Technologist will be responsible for coordinating the daily workflow of the CT laboratory and providing leadership to our imaging team. This individual must be knowledgeable and proficient in the latest technology, equipment and techniques to ensure the highest level of patient care. The Lead CT Technologist must be able to apply professional judgement and demonstrate expertise in patient care, quality assurance, and radiation safety.The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: • Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent from an accredited program • Current ARRT (CT) certification and Florida State License• Minimum of five years of experience in CT scanning• Strong technical skills and the ability to interpret complex procedures• Excellent patient care and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team• Excellent organizational and communication skills
