
Food Service Sodexo Manager
Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an experienced and innovative Food Service Sodexo Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer service oriented, have a passion for food service operations and experience in managing a food service department in a healthcare setting.This individual will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the food service department, ensuring that our patients, visitors and staff receive the highest quality service and food. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the food service department, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Lead and supervise food service team members, providing training and development opportunities where necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction in the food service department.
- Monitor food service budget and ensure that all costs are within budget.
- Ensure that all food served is of the highest quality and meets all safety and health standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Oversee the preparation of meals for patients, visitors and staff.
- Monitor and track inventory and supplies to ensure that all items are adequately stocked and available.
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes for the food service department.
- Establish and enforce procedures for proper sanitation and safety in the food service area.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Or Food Service Management
+ Years Of Experience In Food Service Management
Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation Guidelines
Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of People
Excellent Customer Service And Interpersonal Skills
Ability To Manage Budgets And Other Financial Operations
Proficient In Microsoft Office Applications
Familiarity With Haccp Guidelines.
