Controls Technician

Moffitt Cancer Center is searching for a highly motivated and skilled Controls Technician to join our team. This position requires an individual who is knowledgeable in the maintenance and repair of building automation systems and is comfortable working in a team environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem solving, and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. The following qualifications are required for this position:

Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and repair of building automation systems including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions of building automation systems.
3. Create and maintain documentation related to system operations.
4. Perform routine preventive maintenance on building automation systems.
5. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and requests for service in a timely manner.
6. Participate in training sessions and seminars to stay current on building automation systems.
7. Work closely with other members of the team to ensure a successful installation and timely completion of projects.
8. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
