Business Process Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement automated business processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
2. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
3. Design and implement workflows for process automation.
4. Create system documentation and user guides.
5. Coordinate system integration to ensure seamless operation across applications.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to process automation.
7. Monitor performance of automated systems and processes to ensure optimal operation.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to users and stakeholders.
9. Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve efficiency.
10. Develop and maintain scripting and programming languages such as Python and Java.
