We are looking for a compassionate and technically skilled individual to join our team and provide the highest quality of care to our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients. As a Registered Nurse ICU, you will be given the opportunity to use your expertise and experience to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.The ideal candidate must possess a current RN license and a minimum of one year of experience in an ICU setting. You should have excellent technical nursing skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care to ICU patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Monitor and assess patient vital signs and provide supportive care.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to formulate and implement individualized patient care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and family members.
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulations.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing
Current Rn License In Rhode Island
Critical Care Nursing Certification (Ccrn)
At Least Two Years Of Experience In An Icu Setting
Strong Clinical Judgment And Problem-Solving Abilities
Knowledge Of Icu Procedures And Protocols
Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications
