Job Description

Miriam Hospital is seeking a Program Manager for Integrative Therapy to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to create and manage a comprehensive program to bring integrative therapies to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for integrative therapies and healthcare, and the experience and qualifications to oversee the program and its operations.We are looking for an individual with a Master’s degree in an applicable field, such as nursing, health sciences, or psychology, and at least five years of experience working with integrative therapies. The successful candidate will have strong communication and project management skills, the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement integrative therapy program for the hospital
  2. Develop and manage program operations and procedures
  3. Analyze data to make informed decisions
  4. Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including patients, staff, and outside healthcare professionals
  5. Ensure excellent patient care through adherence to program standards
  6. Maintain records and documentation for the program
  7. Manage program budget and resources
  8. Develop and implement training programs for staff
  9. Manage program communications
  10. Serve as a liaison between program staff and hospital administration
  11. Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments
  12. Research and stay current on integrative therapy practices and standards
