To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Additionally, you must have a strong knowledge of office procedures and protocols, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage office services, including maintaining office supplies, filing systems, and other administrative tasks.
  2. Supervise staff and provide training and guidance to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the office.
  3. Maintain accurate records and ensure that all documents are properly organized.
  4. Provide administrative support to the hospital, including scheduling appointments and events.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize office operations.
  7. Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Monitor office budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  9. Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures to maximize efficiency.
  10. Handle confidential information and maintain data security.
