
Customer Service Representative
Miriam Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our hospital's patients and visitors and be responsible for providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a professional attitude at all times. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors and attend to their needs in a timely manner.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and polite manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate parties.
- Provide clear and accurate information on hospital services and procedures.
- Monitor customer satisfaction with services and products.
- Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
- Identify areas of improvement in customer service processes and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in hospital services, policies, and procedures.
