We are a leading, progressive, and growing hospital seeking an experienced Cardiac Device Specialist to join our team.The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in cardiac device technology, including pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), as well as an understanding of the healthcare field and the regulations that govern it. The ideal candidate must have a passion for medical device innovation and an eagerness to stay current with the ever-evolving field of cardiac device technology. We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, able to collaborate with a diverse array of staff, and has a strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice to patients on the use of pacemakers and ICDs.
  2. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of cardiac device technology, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  3. Monitor the performance of cardiac device technology and make recommendations as needed.
  4. Stay up to date on the latest developments in the field of cardiac device technology.
  5. Collaborate with a diverse array of staff to ensure that patient needs are met.
  6. Educate and train staff on the use and maintenance of device technology.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of device technology.
  8. Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of cardiac device technology.
