- Develop and drive the overall marketing enablement and automation strategy for MetLife, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing enablement and automation initiatives, providing guidance, direction, and support as needed.
