  1. Oversee the actuarial and treasury systems that support the financial operations of the company.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for the actuarial and treasury departments to align with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  3. Conduct regular analysis and evaluations of current actuarial and treasury systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Manage a team of actuarial and treasury professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and company objectives.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the executive team to develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures related to actuarial and treasury functions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in actuarial science, risk management, and treasury operations to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to actuarial and treasury functions.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and industry organizations.
  9. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to actuarial and treasury functions.
  11. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the actuarial and treasury departments to support the company's growth and success.
  12. Serve as a role model for the company's values and promote a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance the company's reputation and network with other professionals in the field.
  14. Develop and manage budgets for the actuarial and treasury departments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  15. Provide guidance and support to other departments and teams as needed, fostering a cross-functional and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Actuarial And Treasury Roles, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Fellow Of The Society Of Actuaries (Fsa) Designation Or Equivalent.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Actuarial Principles, Financial Reporting, And Risk Management.
