  1. Conduct data analysis to identify key trends and insights related to digital customer behavior.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies for digital servicing channels.
  3. Utilize customer feedback and data to make recommendations for improving the overall digital experience.
  4. Monitor and track key performance metrics for digital servicing channels, and provide regular updates on progress and areas for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital customer experience and apply them to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Work closely with product and technology teams to drive customer-centric enhancements and new features for digital servicing channels.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership on digital customer insights and strategies.
  8. Use customer journey mapping and other tools to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the digital experience.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance digital customer experience.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and support for customer-centric strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Insights And Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Google Analytics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Journey Mapping And Experience With Conducting Market Research And Customer Surveys.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Insights And Recommendations To Senior Leadership.
