Job Description

MetLife is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated Training Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to meet the needs of our teams across the organization. Our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to design and deliver effective programs.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience developing and delivering training programs• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective training materials• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods• Proficiency with learning management systems and web-based technologies• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team• Strong organizational and project management skills• Passion for continuous learning and developmentAt MetLife, we view our Training Specialist as an integral part of our team and are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic professional to join us.
