  1. Act as a liaison between the technology and business teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on technology solutions for the Life and Annuity division.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that meet business objectives.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology systems and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential opportunities for the company.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including vendors and service providers.
  8. Train and support end-users on new technology solutions, ensuring smooth adoption and implementation.
  9. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to provide updates on technology projects and initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to technology implementation and management.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A Technology Liaison Ii At Metlife Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Life And Annuity Products, Processes, And It Systems. This Includes Experience With Insurance Software, Data Analysis Tools, And Coding Languages.

  • Communication Skills: The Role Of A Technology Liaison Ii Involves Collaborating With Various Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, It Developers, And Project Managers. Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For Effectively Conveying Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Project Management Experience: This Position Requires The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines. Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Organizing, And Tracking Project Progress.
