- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise with clients.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving overall client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Continuously strive to exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Delivering Results Within Tight Timelines.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Products, Services, And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Guidance And Recommendations To Clients.
