- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to support MetLife's business objectives and drive growth.

They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Strategic Frameworks, Financial Analysis, And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record In Consulting: The Sr. Business Planning & Strategy Consultant At Metlife Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Strategic Consulting Services To Large Organizations. This Includes Experience In Conducting Market Research, Developing Business Plans, And Recommending Strategic Initiatives To Drive Growth.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires An Individual Who Is Highly Analytical And Has The Ability To Solve Complex Business Problems. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Data Analysis, Financial Modeling, And Forecasting To Support Their Strategic Recommendations.
