  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to support MetLife's business objectives and drive growth.
  2. Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the insurance and financial services industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies, including product development, pricing, and distribution strategies.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, forecast future performance, and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  5. Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights and align on strategic priorities.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather industry insights and stay informed on market trends.
  7. Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed to drive results.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in strategic planning and execution.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to drive business growth.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Business Planning And Strategy: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Business Planning And Strategy, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Strategic Frameworks, Financial Analysis, And Market Trends.

  • Proven Track Record In Consulting: The Sr. Business Planning & Strategy Consultant At Metlife Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Strategic Consulting Services To Large Organizations. This Includes Experience In Conducting Market Research, Developing Business Plans, And Recommending Strategic Initiatives To Drive Growth.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires An Individual Who Is Highly Analytical And Has The Ability To Solve Complex Business Problems. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Data Analysis, Financial Modeling, And Forecasting To Support Their Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Sr. Business Planning & Strategy Consultant Will Be Responsible For Presenting Their Findings And Recommendations To Senior Executives At Metlife. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Insurance Industry: Metlife Is A Leading Insurance Company, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Insurance Industry, Including Industry Trends, Competitors, And Regulatory Landscape. This Knowledge Will Be Valuable In Developing Strategic Plans That Align With The Company's Goals And Objectives.
