Senior UX Designer

MetLife is looking for an experienced and creative Senior UX Designer to join our team and help us deliver innovative digital experiences to our customers. The successful Senior UX Designer will have extensive experience in UX design and be able to lead the development of innovative user experiences across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-focused experiences, have an eye for detail and be creative in their approach.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field• 5+ years of UX design experience• Expertise in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, InVision, and other design tools• Experience with user research and usability testing• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with teams to bring ideas to life• Ability to develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows• Understanding of web design principles and best practices

• Design and develop innovative user experiences for digital channels • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows • Conduct user research and usability testing • Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, and InVision • Collaborate with teams to bring ideas to life • Stay up-to-date on web design principles and best practices • Maintain constant communication with stakeholders • Produce high quality UX designs in line with customer needs • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
