Senior Reports Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop complex reports and data analysis utilizing SQL, Microsoft Access, and other reporting tools.
2. Maintain and update existing reports and data analysis.
3. Work independently and collaboratively with other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
4. Monitor data accuracy and integrity of reports by conducting periodic audits and reviews.
5. Ensure customer service expectations are met by providing timely and accurate reporting.
6. Create user documentation and provide technical support and training to other team members.
7. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
8. Remain current on new technologies and industry trends related to report development and data management.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data and report development.
10. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
