Senior Operational Risk Consultant

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is passionate about operational risk management.As Senior Operational Risk Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a team to identify, analyze, and mitigate operational risk, while also providing strategic guidance to business units across the organization. You will also be providing advice and guidance to the business on operational risk-related matters.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a concentration in finance, business, or risk management. You should have at least five years of experience in a comparable role, as well as a strong understanding of operational risk and the ability to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Experience managing a team is also desired.

8. Assess risk exposure and recommend solutions to reduce risk
9. Develop policies and procedures to help manage operational risk
10. Manage and mentor team members to ensure that operational risk objectives are met
