  1. Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop measurement plans.
  3. Utilize various data sources and tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  4. Monitor and analyze marketing trends and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
  6. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve marketing effectiveness.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing analytics.
  8. Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives based on data analysis and market research.
  10. Work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  11. Collaborate with data scientists and other analysts to develop predictive models and segmentations to drive targeted marketing efforts.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  13. Assist in budget planning and forecasting for marketing initiatives based on data insights and performance projections.
  14. Train and mentor junior marketing analysts to develop their skills in data analysis and marketing strategy.
  15. Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity by following best practices for data management and quality control.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Analytics, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Modeling, With Experience Using Tools Such As Sql, Sas, And/Or R.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Business Insights And Recommendations Through Data-Driven Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
