Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Leadership Within The Insurance Industry, Preferably In The Life Insurance Or Financial Services Sector.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Focus On Driving Revenue Growth And Expanding Market Share.
Strong Understanding Of The Insurance Industry Landscape, Including Knowledge Of Current Market Trends, Competitors, And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Clients, Brokers, And Internal Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, With A Mba Preferred. Professional Certifications Such As Loma Or Clu Are Also Highly Desirable.
