  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the insurance industry, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and expansion.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and underwriting to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales.
  6. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of MetLife's offerings.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MetLife's products and services, as well as the insurance sector as a whole, to effectively guide sales efforts.
  9. Represent MetLife at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and expand its presence in the insurance sector.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth in the insurance sector.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Leadership Within The Insurance Industry, Preferably In The Life Insurance Or Financial Services Sector.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Focus On Driving Revenue Growth And Expanding Market Share.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Insurance Industry Landscape, Including Knowledge Of Current Market Trends, Competitors, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Clients, Brokers, And Internal Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, With A Mba Preferred. Professional Certifications Such As Loma Or Clu Are Also Highly Desirable.
