- Mentor and guide junior data scientists in the team and provide technical expertise and support as needed.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols and maintain the integrity of data throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously learn and improve skills and knowledge related to NLP and GenAI to stay at the forefront of the field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Nlp Techniques And Algorithms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Natural Language Processing (Nlp) Techniques Such As Text Classification, Sentiment Analysis, And Topic Modeling. They Should Also Be Familiar With Popular Nlp Libraries Such As Nltk, Spacy, And Gensim.
Experience With Genai Technologies: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Generative Adversarial Networks (Gans) And Other Advanced Genai Technologies. They Should Be Able To Use These Techniques To Generate Synthetic Data And Improve The Performance Of Nlp Models.
Strong Programming Skills: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Java, And Have Experience Working With Big Data Frameworks Like Hadoop And Spark. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Machine Learning Algorithms And Be Able To Implement Them In Production.
