- Provide exceptional client service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing their needs and concerns
- Utilize extensive knowledge and expertise in insurance to support and advise clients on their insurance coverage and policies
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them
- Identify opportunities for growth and retention of clients by understanding their individual needs and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and underwriting to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to effectively advise clients
- Prepare and present reports to clients on their insurance coverage and performance
- Handle complex client issues and escalate to appropriate channels when necessary
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall client experience by implementing process improvements and suggesting new ideas and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Client Service Or Account Management Within The Insurance Or Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Products And Services, Particularly In The Areas Of Life Insurance And Employee Benefits.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Build Relationships With Clients.
Proven Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data, And Provide Strategic Recommendations To Clients Based On Their Needs And Objectives.
