Senior Agile Coach - Enablement

1. Lead the implementation and adoption of Agile principles and practices within the organization.
2. Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
3. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
4. Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and consistency in Agile practices and processes.
5. Assess and identify areas for improvement in the Agile process and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Train and educate team members on Agile values, principles, and practices.
7. Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and Agile mindset across the organization.
8. Monitor and track team performance and provide guidance and support to address any roadblocks or challenges.
9. Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and teams to share best practices and ensure consistency in Agile implementation.
10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Agile methodologies and incorporate them into coaching and training sessions.
11. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build Agile capability within the organization.
12. Serve as a role model for Agile values and principles and promote a customer-centric mindset within teams.
13. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to promote and support Agile adoption and transformation.
14. Identify and communicate potential risks and roadblocks to Agile adoption and work with teams to address them.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve Agile processes and practices to ensure they are effective and efficient.
