
Senior Agile Coach - Enablement

- Lead the implementation and adoption of Agile principles and practices within the organization.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and consistency in Agile practices and processes.
- Assess and identify areas for improvement in the Agile process and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Train and educate team members on Agile values, principles, and practices.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and Agile mindset across the organization.
- Monitor and track team performance and provide guidance and support to address any roadblocks or challenges.
- Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and teams to share best practices and ensure consistency in Agile implementation.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Agile methodologies and incorporate them into coaching and training sessions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build Agile capability within the organization.
- Serve as a role model for Agile values and principles and promote a customer-centric mindset within teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to promote and support Agile adoption and transformation.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and roadblocks to Agile adoption and work with teams to address them.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Agile processes and practices to ensure they are effective and efficient.
Extensive Agile Experience: A Senior Agile Coach At Metlife Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working In An Agile Environment, With A Strong Understanding Of Agile Principles And Methodologies.
Leadership And Coaching Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Coaching And Mentoring Teams To Adopt Agile Practices And Improve Their Efficiency And Effectiveness.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Agile Coach, The Individual Will Be Working With Various Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Agile Concepts And Facilitate Discussions.
Business Acumen: Metlife Is A Global Insurance Company, And The Senior Agile Coach Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Insurance Industry And The Business Challenges It Faces. This Knowledge Will Help The Coach Tailor Agile Practices To Meet The Specific Needs Of The Organization.
Certifications: A Senior Agile Coach At Metlife Should Hold Relevant Agile Certifications Such As Certified Scrum Master (Csm), Certified Scrum Product Owner (Cspo), Or Safe Program Consultant (Spc). These Certifications Demonstrate A Deep Understanding Of Agile Principles And Best Practices.
