  1. Manage a portfolio of key accounts and ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for assigned accounts.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to proactively anticipate client needs.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions and proposals for clients.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on account status and progress to management.
  10. Act as a mentor and coach for junior account management team members.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent MetLife.
  12. Uphold MetLife's values and standards of excellence in all client interactions.
  13. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
  14. Maintain thorough and accurate records of all client communications and interactions.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Client Accounts, With A Focus On Building Strong Relationships And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Services, As Well As Industry Trends And Regulations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field; Advanced Degree Or Professional Certifications (Such As Cfa Or Cpcu) Preferred.
