- Lead the agile development process: Act as the primary facilitator for the Scrum team, ensuring all agile ceremonies are planned and executed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable tasks for the Scrum team.
- Drive project delivery: Create and maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing technology solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement: Encourage and support the team in adopting agile best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize agile tools and techniques: Utilize a range of agile tools and techniques to effectively plan, track, and report on project progress, including Kanban boards, burn-down charts, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members: Provide guidance and support to team members on agile principles, processes, and practices to promote a high-performing and self-organizing team.
- Communicate effectively: Ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate decision-making: Facilitate decision-making processes within the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Champion agile mindset: Promote and advocate for the adoption of agile principles and values across the organization, driving a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology and agile methodology, and proactively bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Professional Scrum Master (Psm) Certification.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing Technology And Its Application In The Insurance Industry.
Experience Leading Agile/Scrum Teams And Implementing Agile Methodologies In A Marketing Technology Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
