Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement risk management strategies to reduce organizational risk.
2. Monitor and assess risk factors and identify areas of vulnerability throughout the organization.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to address identified risks.
4. Evaluate existing risk management systems and recommend changes or improvements as needed.
5. Train and educate staff on risk management processes and protocols.
6. Monitor compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
7. Prepare reports for senior management on risk management activities.
8. Stay abreast of new developments in risk management regulations, processes, and technology.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
10. Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to ensure organizational safety and risk management goals are met.
