Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Relationship Manager to join MetLife’s team. Our Relationship Managers strive to provide a positive customer experience and foster strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. This position requires a team player who is organized, highly-motivated, and passionate about helping others.To be successful in this role, you should have experience in customer service and account management. You should also have superb communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to quickly build trust with clients. Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus. Above all, you should have a caring and understanding attitude when dealing with customers’ needs and questions.If you’re a motivated professional who is eager to help our clients, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to customer service issues
  2. Develop and grow relationships with existing and potential clients
  3. Analyze customer needs and offer tailored financial products and services
  4. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of financial products and services
  5. Create and maintain accurate records of customer accounts
  6. Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify areas of improvement
  7. Implement strategies to build trust and loyalty with customers
  8. Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
  9. Proactively address customer complaints and concerns
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in customer needs
