Job Description

MetLife is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship and/or customer service management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. The Relationship Manager should be comfortable managing multiple projects at once, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to collaborate with other teams and departments.We are looking for a professional who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is committed to fostering strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Communicate with customers to identify needs and provide solutions.
  3. Perform customer service tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information.
  4. Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and efficiently.
  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and engagement.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and adjust services or processes accordingly.
  9. Track customer interactions and data.
  10. Generate reports to analyze customer service metrics.
