We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at MetLife! In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our customers and partners. You should have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport with customers, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you’re a motivated self-starter who loves working with people, we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in customer service or account management. You should also have a proven ability to develop strong relationships, an understanding of customer service principles and practices, and a working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
