  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and increase efficiency.

  11. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align production goals with business objectives.
  12. Lead and/or participate in special projects related to production management.
  13. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and quality production.
  14. Communicate and escalate any production issues or challenges to upper management as needed.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Production Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Production Processes And Procedures, Including Project Management And Quality Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvements And Increasing Efficiency In Production Operations.
